I have brought this topic up at the beginning of each season for a few years. I look for upgrades that are being done to improve fan experience at the games. The only thing I am aware of currently, is the remodeling of the mens and womens restrooms on the westside stands. This will actually be a major upgrade! I am still waiting for something to be done on the eastside stands. It would be fairly cheap and easy to put in some concession stands, eating area and restrooms up above the eastside stands. Its actually flat up there and pretty deep.
We will continue to wait for the North Endzone Plaza for a few more years. I heard the money that was set aside for the Plaza was used on the indoor facility. :-D
One thing I have been wishing for for quite some time, are championship banners.... I think it is really cool to walk into a stadium/arena/center to see banners of tradition and accomplishments. This also has to have physiological things to do with what players think. They see the championship banners and think, "man, I am playing for a school full of tradition," or, "man its been a few yeas since we last won a championship, we need another banner soon!" In high school, we would go play teams that had so many banners for region and state teams. Just playing there was intimidating. I know we dont have too many banners, but lets show them off with pride to players, fans and recruits!
Anyone one else know of any new changes that are in progress? How about some personal things you'd like to see done to improve stadium experience?

the men's don't even have framing done all the way. Not sure why they aren't done yet?
