Hopefully Coop gets more targets. It seems like Darnold is always looking for the homerun ball and ignores the easy underneath stuff where Kupp is almost always wide open.

Kupp is the man though.. It's amazing how good he is. I knew he was special when I saw him making what seemed like impossible catches in person twice. Those EWU teams were amazing.

Kupp caught 6 of 12 thrown to him for 61 yards.To my eye some of the throws woukd have been tough to catch. In fact, Darnold only completed 19 of 38 and 4 of 10 to star receiver Smith-Njigba. Chism doesnt appear on the scoresheet.

That just goes to show you have dependable CK is and that the seahawks trust him . He's still very saavy.. Now EWU has two players with two super bowls each. Ed Simmons won two with the REDskins and now Cooper Kupp has two. I believe ED Simmons first start was against Reggie White if I'm not mistaken. I saw Ed Simmons dribble the basketball one end of the court and dunk it at the other end. He was sloppy looking but he was deceivingly athletic. Kurt schultz( another Yakima guy), I believe he was on the super roster three three times with the bills. He hit like a truck, he almost knocked out Herschel Walker when he was with the Lions. Super nice guy.

Your eyes didn't deceive you. Several of those balls were uncatchable. Darnold didn't have a good game on the night, but with the Hawks defense playing the way they did it was enough.
