I actually think that Sac State has a better chance to beat the Griz Saturday then NAU did tonight. And I was pretty confident of NAU tonight.

I always knew the kid could shoot outside. His high school tape shows that. I think it just took him a while to adjust to the D1 speed of things. He'll still probably have a rocky freshmen year shooting from outside, but I think he'll be okay in the long run.

Not the best night percentage-wise. Eags worked hard on the glass and their passing was superb tonight.

The more I think about this game, the more impressed I am. We beat a quality opponent by 18 points and we didn't play good at all on offense. I love gritty wins like this. Southern Utah was favored by almost 3 points and we took care of business in a big way. As far as statistics go, there's really no place to go but up. Hopefully they go up in a big way against Northern Colorado this Saturday! Huge game coming up...

Had the game on in the background while doing stuff around the house. Was very impressed by Magnuson (FR) and his play. That drive early in the second half where we went through the mountains and layed it up and in was super impressive. I hope he continues to be aggressive on the offensive end like that because it seemed to spark the team and opened up a whole lot of lanes.
