Just curious if there is any word on who might start at QB next week.
If it is Tancik has anyone seen him play much?
 
Tanik has seen a lot of other quarterbacks play over the years... he has played a great deal for the scout team so he should know multiple offenses... this week, let's try the Wishbone!

I don't care who you are, that's funny. If Lobato can't go, I don't think there is any point in playing Tancik. We should go with one of the young guys.
 
Just mentioned on the coaches show that it's Lobato has a shoulder strain. They'll know more on Thursday but it's most likely Tancik at QB. I think he'll do better if he's getting more snaps with the 1st string this week. He's got the skill set and smarts, so I think he'll do just fine. He did fine just coming in off the sidelines against Wyoming.
 
Tancik did an great job coming in on Saturday, but Wyoming wasn't prepared for his style of play. UNI will be game planning to face Tancik and will be better prepared which may mean he will not be as successful. Personally, I'd like to see Rubalcaba play. He had an outstanding camp, is a true dual threat and is the future QB.
 
UNC just needs something that's going to make good decision right now. Doesn't matter the style of play. Just no more pick 6s, or picks in general.
