When are they flying down? Where are they staying? Are they going to do a walk throught at Cowboy Stadium on Friday?

We've fallen for the ole fire alarm in the middle of the night trick before...

No ulterior motive. Just curious. A lot of the visiting teams used to stay here in Sulphur at what used to be the Holiday Inn. Somebody else bought that property out and I don't know if the visiting teams are going to use it anymore or not.

Hey McNeese72, not sure if you saw this info...

"Teams flies out on Thursday around 10am into Houston then it is a 3hr drive to Lake Charles which puts them in around 10-11pm"

Also, JG was quoted today in saying "PSU will not be out-fourth quartered" and addressed the heat/humidity.

He knows the region and how to prep a football team for the conditions.

Man, I can't believe that we're only four days away from kicking off the season. :-)

10-11 PM? It's an 8 hour flight from Oregon to Houston? Sheesh /users/31/07/37/smiles/46710.gif

If the bus driver is good enough he can make it in just over 2 hours from Houston. My record time to Houston is an hour and 45 minutes. /users/31/07/37/smiles/595146.gif

They are driving 45 minutes past LC (therefore the 3 hr estimate)

Hopefully the long distance does tire the team out mentally, it can be tough to travel that far and then play a physical football game. Hope the Viks keep their focus.

DRIVING from Houston?

The team didn't just charter a plane directly to Lake Charles Regional or Chenault International Airports? Strange.
