The 2 Montana's

Montana on Thursday and a National TV game vs. Montana State on Sunday.

No doubtthat both teams will be coming into Butler knowing it's a benchmark for their program which says a lot about ours.

If we beat Montana, they fall to 4-5 and it would be a long uphill climb for them. MTSU on the other hand have a chance to sweep us and claim the 2nd spot (potentially first depending on what happens to Weber State).

Look forward to watching it on my 52" TV instead of that little 3 inch screen on BigSkyTV.

I'm not really nervous about the Montana game, their coach can't coach his talent very well. They may be jacked up since they got their asses kicked this past weekend by MSU, but I still think we'll take 'em by at least 8 points. MSU on the other hand, has been playing really good ball lately, and like Brian said, they'll be looking to sweep us. Hopefully being a Sunday afternoon game will throw off their mojo a bit, and hopefully we can take full advantage of our home court/crowd. 8)

I'll be at the Montana game, but unfortunately have a major hardware/software upgrade this weekend, so I'll have to record the MSU game to watch later. :(

At any rate, here's to a Montana sweep this week. GO Bears!!!

P.S. It's MSU, not MTSU......MTSU is Middle Tennessee State University.

This is great, but I am a bit surprised that Weber isn't higher than the #25 ranking that they have. I guess it will all shake out in the end.

road losses @ UCSB and @ Seattle still hurt

I see us winning a close one tonight against montana and then running montana state out of the gym on Sunday.
Go Bears!

I'll take it. Montana really has some good players, I am surprised they are not doing better in the league.

Wow, Troy just said that Montana State is getting pounded by Northern Arizona 33-13 at the half.

Wouldn't that be nice?

Looks like we'll be heading to Weber State for the BSC tournament. I just can't see them losing more than one more time--at the most.

On the bright side, if we can beat MSU, we will be in a good position to secure the #2 spot. However, to win the BSC, we will have to beat WSU twice at their house and have some help. That's a tall order!

Volleyball did just that (to EWU) to get to the NCAA's, no reason why MBB can't do that as well.

It sucks we lost to Montana but it was cool that Reed Doughty and former Denver Mayor Wellington Webb attended the game.
