Wildcat -

A good friend of mine from high school is living in Heber-Midway with her family. I'm always looking for an excuse to travel....I oughta try to plan something for an NAU-WSU football or basketball game.

I doubted C.J. Tuckett before the season started, but I'm sure glad he's been proving me wrong. He's looking like Trevyn Smith today in that snow. Shifty and refuses to go down. All heart. I'm glad to be proven wrong on this one.

He had the 2nd most all purpose yards ever for the conference. And 3 tds. He better be national player of the week.

A few thoughts:

Any word on Mo Neal's condition? It certainly didn't look good.

Who in the hell is CJ Tuckett? Cripes! No damned way that kid is 4th string.

Weber's football team is beginning to hold a bitter place in my heart that the basketball team has held for years. NAU football just can't beat WSU recently. Never a dull moment in this series the last few years.

Beat USU and BYU in hoops.

for those who watched the game, what an effort. many of those yards were on his own, and by sheer determination. and don't forget his tackle on special teams, haha.

great win, great last game for Mac, what weather, whew :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

254 yards rushing, tied for 5th in WSU single-game history (with Morgan Welch). 9 receiving yards and 144 kick return yards. 407 all-purpose yards. BEASTLY!!! And to think he's just one of a stable of good tailbacks. :notworthy:

They said on the radio that he had some numbness but was able to move his arms and legs. Sounds simular to Xavian Johnson at Montana.
As for Tuckett, not bad for a former walk-on.
