Just in case you want to watch "the catch" again, again, again, and again.

HHD deleted his original post and the URL it contained last week. Anyone have the original link? If not, perhaps this should be “unstickied”.

HHD informed me he took the video down from YouTube.

Sounds a bit childish and is completely disrespectful to those that had nothing to do with his family's situation, i.e. the people on this board.

Actions such as these do nothing good for his SacBuzz legacy.

I wish him the best, but am afraid he is tarnishing his once valued presence here, at least for me.

It’s his video; he can do whatever he wants with it. Send a letter to Comcast or whoever televised that game and see if they sell DVD’s of it or something if it is that big of a deal.

Im going to re-sticky this thread because there are links to the Comcast Video. Its still an important game for many of the Hornet players and faithful. The video(s) should be about the players and what was accomplished...

True. But it was meant to upset Hornet fans (at least those on this board) and to disrespect the achievement of the program and the University.

There was no other reason to remove it, none.

HHD was always one of the posters I respected the most on this forum as he traditionally provided useful insight in to the program. I’m sure there is natural, justified bitterness about the firing, but this smacks of “I’m taking my ball with me, and no one else can play.” A shame.

I also wish that he had not taken it down but I do not think we should sit in judgement of someone who truly supported the program in the manner he did. I can only imagine how I would feel if my son were let go from a program that I had dedicated countless time and emotion to. I am of the opinion we should cut him some slack and allow him to deal with this in his own way.

+1

Yeah, look what Burton wants to do at UCONN - take back his 3 million dollar donation becuz the school didn't consult him on the selection of their new football coach.
