Not an issue of faith at all. Go back and watch that Portland State game from last year, Eastern was a mess. I was the OP and never said or advocated for any changes, I only made mention that on this night, we were wretched.

Wasn't trying to call you out Dopa, I was more calling out Ryan, Oldtime, and other coaches who were basically calling for the heads of the coaching staff.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Coach Hayford when the team came to Canada last year and won all of their games against very good Canadian university teams.Coach Hayford is a very nice man and in my opinion an excellent coach.Give the man a chance and in the next 3 years you will be rewarded with a Big Sky Basketball championship.This team is talented and will only get better.

Looks to me like all the hard work of the previous four years are about to reap their rewards. So rewarding to see both the coaching staff and players develop into a really first class NCAA Division 1 program.

This team is fun to watch. So different from last years team from a consistency standpoint. UW and Cal are going to be good tests for this team. Venky Jois is so quick and agile going to the basket, and uses both hands shooting now on his drives.

I agree with you, this team is looking Outstanding at the right time. We need to work to keep the Quarter Back from running on us. J. Johnson, UM QB, had approximately 50 yards rushing yesterday against us. If you remember, that is what have been hurting us in many of our games. Go Eagles!!!!! Vic Wallace

I guess I am mixing the Football with MBB. You mentioned the Team is clicking at the right time, I taught you was talking about FB Team.The Sloppy Team is in reference to I think Seattle University Basketball, which came from a prior post. Hope you didn't think I was referring to either EWU/UM FB, or EWU MBB as sloppy. Honestly I taught we would have had bad luck with Seattle University. Couple of years ago, they came here at Reese Court and give us hell. Team is much better now, as proven 7-1 record? Vic Wallace

Found out today our game against Illinois State will be on ESPN3 again, for the 2nd week in a row. I don't know what the scheduling personnel have against EWU, put someone else on ESPN3, we were on ESPN3 against UM. My raising hell will not get any results, so I will not watch the game on the Internet, I will be at the game in person.

No worries Vic, a lot of EAGS related stuff going on. Great time to follow EAGS athletics. Yes, both men's and women's basketball teams are doing quite good this early season.

Aussiefan posted for the first time in a long time which is great.
