Ticket Office fixed** Now taking orders

I tried to buy my tourney tickets this morning over the phone, after getting the BSC ticket order form from an usher as we were exiting Saturday Nights game. The ticket seller replied "We don't want to take your order we might get in trouble" we don't know what to do, call back when our bosses are in. WTF.
It sounded like they had been recieving calls all morning, so I asked him, and he said ya we've been getting calls all morning, but there is nothing we can do until our bosses are in around 3:00.

Is anybody at WSU doing their job? Does anybody care? Does WSU want to fill the DEC?

Don't they have to wait til we clinch the right to host first.

Yes, they have to wait until they clinch first. But wasn't passing out the order forms prematurely a silly thing to do? I realize you want to market and sell the tournament, but this was really getting the cart before the horse. How about adding a line on the ticket order form "Please place your order after Weber State clinches the conference championship."

Passing out the order forms was a GREAT idea, and I was surprised that they had thought ahead to do this. It is very beneficial to get a head start, and give the season ticket holders their 7 days, and get them out of the way by FEB 22nd to place their ticket orders, then it gives Weber 2 1/2 - 3 weeks instead of a week or a few days to sell out to the rest of the public, and hopefully sell more tickets to the tourney. We know we are going to Host anyway, and they ARE NOT charging the credit cards until it's confirmed that Weber will host the tourney, essentially a reservation until it is official. The point is they were not ready to take orders this morning, and that was the whole point of handing out the order forms Saturday Night.

you can order them as soon as htey hand out hte flyers which was last sat, fyi, the ticket office is full of morons, always has been. ive had a lot of negative posts lately. sorry. i just shouldnt post about big sky refs or the tkt office lol.
