Tickets for Griz game

So, who do I have to blow to get a couple of tickets for the griz game in a few weeks?

In an attempt to show good faith, I have actually traveled to Cheney during non griz games. Watched you guys smash Szczur in the Semis, sans Taiwan Jones. Fun game. Full disclosure, I was kind of hoping both of you would lose. Szuzur single-handedly beat the griz in the chipper the prior year.

Anyways, I got these cheeseburgers, man..

The unappealing aspect of playing this game in Cheney is that it's hard for ANYONE to find tickets to it. Fewer of our own fans attend this game than any other home game because the Griz travel so well..and I'm sure it's frustrating for Montana folks as well.

I don't buy that one,  the ticket office gave locals numerous opportunity to buy tickets before they went on sale to the general public. Montana fans were willing to join the EAF and buy season tickets to get this one game so I would commend them on that, not hold it against them. As I travel to Eagles games I am always disappointed how few Eagle "fans" are willing to travel to support the team they supposedly care so much about.

You may have misunderstood what I was saying. Every game for the past several years has been a sellout at Roos. People are used to being able to get tickets last minute. That's not ever the case for the Montana game, because the Griz travel so well.

We had almost 11k attend the UNC game, and something similar against UC Davis. Do you think there will be close to 11k EWU fans at the Montana game?

The point is, there will be plenty of EWU fans that will be unable to attend this game because of limited ticket availability and insufficient stadium capacity. Do you disagree?

I still have 4 ticket for the Montana game. They are listed on Craigslist. Great seats on the 43-45 yard line.
Had 8 sold 4 tonight. No Montana buyer yet, that good.

Post them on the EWU Tailgate page on Facebook. They're selling almost immediately and a lot of people are asking for tickets there. Sold two within 15 minutes.

Eagle fans are a bit apathetic when it comes to actually putting in effort to get tickets. We've certainly gotten much better as a fanbase in recent years, but I still doubt more than 7,500 or so would have the foresight to give money to the EAF and secure tickets months in advance. As Ranger said, we'll probably have fewer Eag fans at this game than any other this season just because walk-up tickets won't be available at game time and Montana usually snaps up their allotment and then turn to stubhub and vividseats, as well as craigslist and ebay, to get more.

Interestingly, even tickets on the Gawd-forsaken Eastside are selling as high as $179 for this game.

I had 8 seat to sell on the East side, top two rows and they all sold this week and they were all bought by EWU people. I was so excited to not have to sell to Grizzees. I have sold all 8 tickets, every game this year.
Dopa and Ranger, the fan base is getting stronger. After giving those tickets away for years to get people to see Eastern football, the last couple of years has been oh so much better. About half of the tickets have gone to student's parents and family visiting.

I need to find tickets, but $150-$200 is a tough pill to swallow for a single ticket.
