Amazingly the roster is somewhat up to date. Right now a couple of names aren't on it that should be.

Breck Lewis QB...The Former Spanish Fork all Staters isn't on the current roster. I'm not sure why, but in all likelihood it means he isn't going to be playing for the Cats. I hope I'm wrong.

Jiniki Timeteo OL...from what I have heard he has had some academic issues, however, he is in school now working hard on correcting any academic constraints, and should be available this fall.

Austin Mikkelson OL...he just graduated from Pine View High School in Southern Utah. I'm not sure, but like Duncan Farnsworth, might be an automatic mission kid.

Good place to start N.Cat, but unfortunately, you are missing a lot.

Barrington Collins, Veteson Sauni, and Alex Jones were cut by Smith and Casey Childs quit. Three more lineman gone. So good thing Sears got a drop down to come to Weber.

I hope I'm wrong, but I'm starting to wonder if the team can overcome all of the instability and have a successful season. This is getting very discouraging. :wall: With everything that has happened, Sears should get the job if he gets this team to finish above .500. And he should get coach of the year if they make the playoffs.

Should be an interesting year. If anything, the positive nature of Coach Sears will help more than anything. From what I have heard, the players really like Coach Sears. He is an old-school guy, who works hard and is extremely organized. He is a players coach. Guys like to play for him. So, if anything, that will help the Cats more than anything else. Also, the coaches have a lot of respect for him and for his efforts. They know he is the boss and the teams leader. I think, more I hope, that with Sears at the helm, the Cats will be able to use these past troubles as building blocks and progress rather than becoming demoralized and falling apart.

2012 Summer Roster (look for a number of names to be added by Summer Camp; there is always change. I'm always worried about our OL. I hope Cecil can get his shiz together.): http://www.weberstatesports.com/SportSelect.dbml?&DB_OEM_ID=8600&SPID=3468&SPSID=39323" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
