Looks like Tim Douglas is transferring from the University of Portland to Portland State. Last time a point guard from UP transferred to PSU, Jeremiah Dominguez led the Viks to the NCAA'S! Hope TD can duplicate what JD did! From Coach Geving's twitter page:

There will never be another JD, but this kid has quite a few minutes of D1 experience.

Tim Douglas, in all likelihood, will prove to be another great PSU point guard. He's got moves, can drive the lane and can put up laudable numbers.
