Toughest Road Trip This Year

Teams are 1-7 so far when making the ISU/WSU road swing. The one loss was MSU at ISU.

UNC and NAU are the last 2 teams to make the trip this way. The other 2 home games are Sac and ISU but they are in different weeks and they aren't travel partners.

Also WSU is 4-0 at home in conf games with 4 to go. WSU has gone 7-1 at home the past 3 seasons. Is this the year to go 8-0?

Jan 29 Sacramento State* Ogden, UT 7:00 PM
Feb 12 Northern Arizona* Ogden, UT 7:00 PM
Feb 13 Northern Colorado* Ogden, UT 7:00 PM
Feb 20 Idaho State* Ogden, UT 7:00 PM

Northern Colorado is going to be a tough game, but if we continue to play the way we are right now, no one in this conference is going to stop us.

I'm not worried about Northern at the DEC. PSU in Portland and MSU in Bozeman will be the big ones. We had a bad game in Greeley, and the way PSU and MSU destroyed them I think they are very vulnerable at the DEC.

The only reason I think it will be tough, is because every game between the Cats and the Bears, minus the one already played this year has been extremely competitive since UNC joined the BSC, Its becoming in my opinion a good rivalry game.

Yes the UNC game is going to be big, but the Cats cannot overlook NAU. NAU is playing alright right now. Last week they swept the Eastern/PSU trip. As long as the Cats take one game at a time they are going to be fine. Also, SAC isn't a push over anymore. This weeks game is going to be another brawl. Katz has gotten the Hornets rejuvenated and playing a lot better. Granted, I think they are still a couple key players away from getting back to the tourny, however, they'd love nothing more than to come into the Dee and steal a W. Weber needs to fill the purple palace and get it rockin for Fridays game.

Is anyone interested in making a trip to MT in two weeks? I'm game for traveling to Bozeman and Missoula.

I'm really impressed how dangerous Weber is offensively. Still a few to many defensive set backs, and when the team has a substantial lead they dont take care of the ball and allow to many second chance opportunities, but offensively...WOW! Last night was great to see Panos and Morris both get into double figures. I really like how Hughey and Session are playing and Lillard...YIKES. Bullinger and Hansen are always right on the cusp of going off and could on any given night. With Mahoney, Noble, and Washington giving Weber the added edge of players who can contribute immediately right off the bench, Weber is very very dangerous.
