I dont like womens hoops, but I wish out womens team would win a game, it reflects badly on our University, heck even our sorry crock football team won two road games last season.

Since this tread has turned to Lady's ball, I have to ask, has Ord been fired yet? If not, I got to think the only reason she hasn't is because Bovee doesn't want to admit he was wrong in hiring her. If you are going to pay her like a men's coach, you've got to hold her accountable like a men's coach. Any men's coach in the country that went winless would be out of a job the day the season ended.

We do care that he university is spending way too much money on the women's team's coach! :roll:

Well, I'd argue you may be paying too much for the wrong coach.
Montana could be paying Selvig 10 times what he's making and they'd still be getting the best deal in town.

Al was a great guy and indeed he had a keen eye for talent. when i was a student i went to wsu vball games. i didnt go to womens bball games even when they hosted and won the big sky. i do not mean any offense by that i just couldnt make it at the time. supporting mens bball and football is very time consuming. i dont think its offensive to say we dont have time or budget left over for other sports.
