• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Transfer

I have heard rumors that we have a possibility to sign Steele's replacement. I have heard rumors that Jake Lyman from UCLA...It would be a huge get if we do!

Ramscak, Kyman transferred from UCLA to Wyoming 12/22. Then it looks like he left Wyoming 3/8/23 to enter the portal. Yesterday his twiiter said commited to EWU which could help EWU out. I doubt he is Steels's replacement as he didn't start for Wyoming and didn't score very much and thus transferring as graduate transfer. He didn't score much (nor play) at UCLA so transferred to Wyoming. https://twitter.com/jakekyman13

Could be style fit at Wyoming. I watch a lot of UCLA basketball and when he went in, especially as a freshman and sophomore he was a consistent threat to score. The UCLA team his junior year was loaded at his position. I hope he plays to his potential, if so he will be a nice consistent threat to score.

I think you're right that it will be a good fit and he has ability to make a difference. Riley has a great eye for potential then getting the most out of it. I get the feeling he really wants this and wants to play and not sure but hope he gets here soon and starts getting acclimated with coach, players and surroundings. Go Jake, the players are a great group and will welcome him.
Also today Andre Mulibea from Salt Lake CC, a 6'6 210 lber who had 12.1 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game this season. Will have 2 years left.

5/2 picked up Nic McClain, a transfer from Daytona State College in Florida. 6'4 195 lber who averaged 10.5 points, 3.5 assists and 5.1 rebounds per game as a sophomore at Daytona State this season. He finished the season particularly strong, averaging 16.8 points, 6.9 rebounds and 4 assists per game over the final eight.

Good stuff, as much as it hurt, I think getting bounced in the BS tourney might have been a little bit of a blessing...we get to keep coach for another year:) and got some good post season experience with a nice win against WSU. already looking forward to the season already.
