Orlando aquired Shabazz Napier which puts the roster at 15, leaving no room for Tyler Harvey. Looks like he will end up in the D league.

Would've given him a better chance of getting drafted in 1st round where he'd have a guaranteed contract.

Harvey apparently signed directly with a D-League team and never went to camp with the Magic. They will retain his draft rights.

It called the 'domestic draft and stash'. Something about it extending their rights for another year while they get some playing time. It's like the domestic version of teams that draft foreign players and leave them overseas for a season or two.
