Jeez, I was having horrible visions of seeing the first Eastern team to ever lose to the Davis Turdsacks. Thank goodness normalcy prevailed.

At the end of the day this was probably not a game we should have won, but Special Teams made a play at the end of the game. Sometimes that's what it takes. Also a gutsy performance by Visperas to gain a much needed first down to seal the deal.

We were 4 3-and-outs away from a shutout. Make those 4 stands, and the turnovers would have been irrelevant.

It seemed non-existant for large portions of the game, especially in the first half. I chalk some of that up to our offense not sustaining long drives like we did in the past couple of games, but yeah. They were bad.

Wait a minute. Now there's an extra stat? Most third downs that could have been NOT converted? That's one I like but struggle with. As for the rushing defense taking a step back. I see what you did there. Dopa gets an A+ for putting a positive spin on this one. Go Eags!
