Interesting article on Montana's new HC Bob Stitt. Could make for some very entertaining games.

It's not like Stitt, 51, is a household name - at least not yet. But over the last few seasons, Stitt developed a devoted following. Among his biggest fans are the offensive-minded coaches who have changed the way major college football is being played. Spread-offense believers like Washington State's Mike Leach, Texas A&M's Kevin Sumlin, Cal's Sonny Dykes, Texas Tech's Kliff Kingsbury and Holgorsen are among Stitt's biggest admirers.

Last season, the Colorado School of Mines averaged 89.9 plays per game, which was more than Baylor, Oregon and West Virginia averaged in the FBS.

Great finish to the game, Montana scoring a last minute touchdown to beat North Dakota St 38-35 on national TV. Let the fun begin! :-D

It was actually 38-35 but it was a great opening game! I only got the second half recorded and watched but it was a fantastic half of football (finally here!) The smokey backdrop was eerily strange and probably caused the players some discomfort. I hope Weber is ready to compete after watching those two teams come out battling in what looked like mid-season form.

The GRIZ's looked incredible playing the four time National champions, STitt is an animal!! It's going to be a tough game in MiZZZoula on October 10th, their fans are big and loud!!
