UNC vs. NAU

Alright folks, the past is behind us as we must start looking forward to the Lumberjacks.. I, for one, will not be able to get to Nottingham AGAIN this Saturday, this time due to a wedding (I believe it should be a criminal offense to schedule a wedding on a Saturday between September-January.) NAU had a tougher time than expected vs. SUU. This team (UNC) looks a lot more revitalized than teams of recent previous seasons.. is Saturday the day we get a "program-turnaround" type win? Discuss.

I just don't see us beating NAU. Despite struggling against SUU, I think they're a very good team. I think we'll put up some points, but our defense is too suspect, especially the line.

This seems to be our best team in years. I would hate to see them drop to 0-3. I will take UNC:

I woud guess at a higher scoring game. Hopefully the team is pissed enough to win and reverse last weeks score. UNC-38 NAU-35

Honestly, I have no idea how this one will turn out, we could win by 20, or we could lose by 20 and neither result would surprise me that much. But, for the sake of argument, I'll say:

UNC 34
NAU 27

I'm not sure on what I really think the final is yet. I think it is a high scoring affair and I think we probably lose. This team is better but I don't think they are in that top half of the conference yet. NAU probably is. I hope I'm wrong but will go with NAU 42, UNC 35.

Well said - I would not be suprised either way. OK, if we win by 20 I'll be suprised. Any win has to suprise me at this point.
