Just came across this thought it was interesting. Don't know when EWU will release tickets for fans or where...think I'll be getting a suite(or two).

This looks like a good idea O. Thanks for sharing

EWU now has ticket allotment for UNLv game so we can get them tomorrow 7/16 starting at 10am...so at least we know where EWU fans will be congregated(I will be there).

Just looked to see what UNLV did last season. They played an Oct. 24th to Dec. 12th season consisting of six games and lost all six. lost to SDSU 6-34, Nevada 19-37, Fresno St. 27-40, SJSU 17-34, Wyoming14-45, Hawaii 21-38. We can win this game and we may need to win this game. Central won't count and with this tough schedule we need every D1 win we can get. Love our home schedule wish we could've got a D1 team OOC we could easily win instead of Central but not complaining with 3 ranked teams at home.

So this will be our first trip to watch an Eagle game (SUPER EXCITED!!!) I know visitor fans all sit in one area, but are there any coordinated pre-game activities. We're booked at the Luxor and would love to start meeting fellow fans before we go in and scream our heads off! :-)
22 days!!

Based on historical trends, my hunch is you’ll be able to sit wherever you want for this one. There might be one person for every five seats.

Dopa correcto again...reported fan average was like 16k average pre covid(those numbers prolly fudged and with BSU there))...season tickets are expensive as is single game tickets...only lower level will be open...not sure how many that holds...this OOC game is vs FCS oppenent EWU...they were winless last year...they are picked to finish last in league.

That adds up to what Dopa said..sit pretty much anywhere you can sneak into.
EWU fans should all go together and move over since we will be in corner of stadium goaline

JustasportzDad, I think that away games the EAF and/or Alum Association set up an area outside stadium for a gettogether so imagine there will be an anoouncement about this not sure with covid. Someone on here prolly know more than I on that subject.

Not trying to get too fired up about this, but the UNLV game is a critical one. Central comes to Cheney the following weekend, and that *should* be a win. After that, there's two straight road games and neither will be situation where Eastern is a big favorite. Getting through September at least 3-1 is paramount, and dropping that opener will make it very tough.

You don't ever like to point at FBS games and call them "must-win," but this one is pretty close.

Plus, damn, I need a palette cleanser from that atrocious opener against Idaho in the Spring as well as the complete defensive collapse over the last two games. You'd have to think UNLV is watching film and expecting to run on us for first down after first down.

Hopefully the coaches/media will get some good looks at the season's first scrimmage today. Who usually provides media coverage?

The best way to get info on scrimmages and such is via the Eastern press release. They send one out about 30-90 minutes after the conclusion. Even though some of these are "closed" practices, you can usually go watch whenever you want. You can sign up for all the media on goeags.com. One thing Eastern has traditionally done very well is manage their sports media.

I'm not quite sure what the actual media will look like for the upcoming season. Historically, every game was televised on Pluto TV- which is free- if it wasn't picked up by a network. I know the Big Sky just signed a deal with ESPN, so it may only be viewable through their ESPN3 or ESPN+ service moving forward.

As for the news on the scrimmage... unsurprisingly, it sounds like one-way traffic with the offense just brutalizing the D.
