Updated Roster is up

Nice.

Random side note: Ran into backup LT Aaron Neary and his family at the Colombia Point boat launch in Richland last night. Small world.

Rjones61,
D.J.Martin, is a Prop48, he will not be on the Roster. What I saw of him in his film, he is going to be hard to deal with once he comes out. I noticed each time someone tackles him, his speed increases. I noticed that Jacob Rodgers, WSU Transfer are not on this Players roster. This roster will be typed numerous times before everyone is added. I noticed we have 2 TRS excluding Rodgers, and names we didn't hear about. Go Eagles!!!!! Vic Wallace

Jordan Tonani out for 2013 season due to hip surgery. He was impressive in the spring scrimmages even with the hip injury. Hope his PT/rehab go well.

I would argue this will be the best defense in the BSC in 2013. The D looked really good in the spring. No weaknesses.

GoldenEagle,
I remember talking with Jordan Tonani at end of the training, he did mention his hip were sore, I offered him a ride up to the lot where is vehicle was parked, he stated he wanted to walk, and he had to get ready to run those hills. Sorry to hear of his surgery and that his recovery is fast. Now we have to wait and see who will replace him, I was impressed with Jordan Thompson, but we have so many outstanding DBS. I have said I think our Defense will be better then last year, keep our fingers cross, hope we can avoid injuries.  "GET WELL SOON JORDAN TONANI! We will miss you. Go Eagles!!!!!Vic Wallace

are we looking a little thin at safety now? I really hope the McDonald kid pans out.

Ouch, that's a huge bummer. I was really looking forward to watching him play a lot more this year... I think he has Matt Johnson kind of potential.

eaglefootball,
Austin Griffin did kiss football goodbye, why?, I have no idea. He did not come back the beginning of the year. I asked Will Boule? he said he had quit. Look like he was making some progress after he lost some weight. I remembered seeing him run the entire practice as a Freshman while the rest of the team was practicing. Maybe it became to much for him and his studies. Wish him well. Keylin Huddleston wasn't lucky enough to earn a Scholarship, he didn't have the money to continue. Wish him well also. Go Eagles!!!!! To All,
My friend found 21 names that was either on the Incoming Freshmen List, Red Shirt Freshman, Transfers, Squad Members, Spring Roster, not on Fall Roster, etc. I can speak for at least two. Shane Stagg, spoke with him prior to going home to Settle, Shane broke his foot this year, was planning for a fifth year, after thinking about it, he decided not to. I can honest tell you, this young man worked his Butt off earlier when he was injured. I saw him in the weight room lifting with a cass on his foot. I told him I would like to see him back, but he must realize what could happen again, and he must make a decision if he really want to come back for Football. If I am not mistaking, this was the third injury with foot injuries. Kevin wasn't lucky enough to get a Scholarship. DJ Martin (48). This is the time of year that players decide football is not for them, and we lose a few, but 21 players, we have never lost that many players. Maybe some of them will be back out in September when school starts. Take care, Go Eagles!!!!! Vic Wallace

loloman,
I was out to the campus over the weekend and I saw 1 vehicle in the surrounding lot. The heavy equipment were all parked, as if they had a 4 day weekend. I drove on it and it felt very soft. Vic Wallace
