• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.
  • Hi Guest, want to participate in the discussions, keep track of read/unread posts and more? Create your free account and increase the benefits of your eGriz.com experience today!

Here's updated info on where UNC compares with other schools in ticket sales, contributions, expenses, etc. Looks like we're right in the middle of the conference when it comes to ticket sales and contributions (Blue and Gold Club, etc). Not too bad, but could do better.

In the middle is great I think we were last the last time I knew! Also less excuses now for losing.

Some of those $$$ are staggering. My God that's a lot of money for sports.

I wonder if our basketball run was the reason for our bump up.

Yeah, I think b-ball had something to do with ticket sales. Because they win!!! This community is willing to go spend money if there's quality to see.

That's true anywhere, I can't think of many 0-11 programs with huge support. :o

No doubt. I was flipping through some photos from the Big Sky championship b-ball game on the Tribune website and it took me back to some great moments as a Bears fan. The crowd mobbing the players in jubilee, etc. I know Bear fans want that for the football team as well. Seven years of sucking will take the life out of any fan base in America.

If we could even just go .500 for a couple years in a row I think there is no reason we can't average 8,000 a game. Yeah, not great but that should be a goal 8,000 for football and 2,000 for basketball.

I could see that. We'll find out hopefully soon enough. I think we have the talent to be .500 or better. I'm not sure if we have the coaches though. :twocents:
