I think that Scott was more highly recruited, but is he significantly better than Justin Smith?

Scott's recruiting was kinda weird -- there were a lot of schools that were in, then out, including ISU. Apparently the Bengals backed off at some point, don't know why, although Jordan told the local paper he was experiencing knee issues.

In any event, I liked what I saw of Justin in watching the Colorado state championship game, and I'm excited he's going to be a Bengal. I wish his old teammate luck -- just not against the Bengals. --
