There is a lot of panic going on over on the Eagles forum. I'm starting to think that PSU did well to sign a QB transfer that may or may not have been on the Eagle's radar had Vernon announced earlier.

I understand taking a shot at the transfer rule, which I agree with that it is ridiculous, but taking a shot at Oregon about not having anything behind Mariota seems jr high'ish. I'll bet he'd welcome a transfer down by someone like Jeff Lockie, which I also find to be a ridiculous rule.
