Impressive. Seven years from student-athlete to Offensive Coordinator. Equally impressive that he majored in philosophy. At least he's not being left to sink or swim with Barnum calling the plays.

Barnum has brought a lot of youth into his coaching staff. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. without knowing the personalities of the coaches, my first reaction is that with the modern player this could really be a great move from a team culture standpoint. Football wise, we'll have to wait and see.
