Visiting UM Fan

Hey Sac State Fans,
First of congrats on the win against Utah tonight.
I'm from Santa Rosa originally, so I'm coming back home for Christmas and decided to go with some friends to watch the Griz and Hornets play on December 21st. I got my tickets today (a few rows behind the visiting bench :thumb: ).
So my question to you all is, are there any restaurants you would recommend that are near Sac State's campus? Because my friends and I are planning on getting to Sacramento early so we can hopefully beat the rush hour traffic.

Personally, I love burgers and brew. Also, Zelda's (pizza), Opa-Opa (Falafels), Streets of London (pub food)... To be honest, Sac is at the end of midtown (my favorite part of the city) and there are endless options of resteraunts, taquerias, bar and grills and just bars. There are some amazing places, but for some reason I'm drawing a blank on names. I hope you have a great visit MaximumGriz. You can have a great time in that area of Sac, and the intimate nature of our gym is a fun experience (though it may be a low turnout due to winter break :| ). Just hope you aren't too bummed when we take your boys down

Forgot about Hoppy. They made a mean sausage plate, but I wasn't focused on the food when I would go
