Volleyball vs. Northern Colorado

We pulled it off! UNC is a little more experienced, a little taller - this was an impressive win. We're going to have to win out the season, looks like, because I don't see UNC stumbling . It's likely to come down to the match in Greeley next month. Zielke was great tonight, along with Schlatter. As usual they keyed on Phillips, who still managed to get in 17 kills. Nice to see Bateham coming back, albeit slowly. Congratulations, team!
 
Colorado is definitely a strong blocking team. Often when we sent a tip right over the block, it hit the floor, point Viks. Seems that could be really key to winning in Greeley. And speaking of Schlatter, she got the team's first triple-double since 2007! Way to go!
