according to today's APR report WSU will NOT have a post season ban, looks like practice reduction and scholarship reduction.

Historical Penalty - Scholarship Reduction = 2
Historical Penalty - Practice Reduction = Yes

894 for a multi-year rate, but 08-09 in the release has WSU posting a 934, I think WSU is on top of this.

I dont think they get additioinal penalites, but restrictions from last year will not be lifted. No practice and Fridays, which I think has been the case for two years now, and no additional scholarships
