WAC Raising Standards?

An article in the Idaho Statesman last week has already expired regarding a "WAC MASTER PLAN."

One thing not noted in the thread... the WAC wants their schools to improve budgets by a great deal. Idaho is the current low point at $11 million annually. Fresno, at the other end, runs $25 million.

Portland State has a LONG way to go to reach the WAC.

the WAC is stronger then the MWC this year, things have changed

like any Division I-AA team has done if any team goes into D-IA they will be independent before finding a home, if PSU ever makes it to Division I-A, it won't be in the WAC

at this point right now, the WAC is the best non-BCS conference this year, we have a better sht at the sunbelt

in other words unless some drastic letdown happens, we ain't going to the WAC
