Screaming Eagle 174,
Here are some of the information you are inquiring about. I did see all of the Players at practices and scrimmages. #81 Terry Jackson, Fr 250 TE Sacramento. He looks very good catching the balls. He could be a DL, he is very big, and fast. Jaden Cox, Greg Faumuina ( I think he is related to Pulu), Branson Schmidt 255 fm Central Valley Spokane, Jordan Ellisen, Derek Westin (fm UW) 2 more individualls should be aware of #72 Aaron Neary 255, fm Hanford & Cassidy Curtis. I have seen all of them at practices, they are working very hard. Ellisen stated he is attempting to make 300lbs, and will be ready to go when the season starts.

All of the above have been here with the team since practices started, with exception of walkons. I don't know much about the props fm last year, will have to wait and see. Boyce, I haven't seen him in some time. A lot of Players will be left off the roster because I think we can have only 99 Players once thet season kicks off, I could be wrong, correct me if need be.

Remember this, what I have seen on our DEFENSE, if they continue they whay they ended the practices, there are not many teams that will be able to run on them. Andru Pulu is really peaking, and he is going to be a BEAST against anyone in front of him. His brother Jordan is pretty big also, will have to see what position he plays. Dylan Zylstra and the rest of our defense looked great lifting last monday. You are not going to believe your eyes when you see our Players. So much for my book. No word on Scoreboard installation as yet. Keeping my eyes and ears open. :notworthy: Vic

Regarding another player, it's my understanding that after being granted a medical red shirt year and partaking in winter workouts and spring ball, Tyler Hart has decided to call it a career. If that's the case, good luck, Tyler, in your future endeavors!

Thanks for the info Vic. Mostly I was wondering if they redshirted somewhere else, or they're all walk ons (except for Westin of course).

I sure hope our Run D is truly that good, and not just looking that good because of our lack of a running game. Last year we couldn't stop the run at all; we were 110th out of 120 teams in Run D. If we can get into the top 30 in Run D, I see us making a deep run in the playoffs with the offense we have.

HannahO,
Tyler Hart was one of the Players that I was talking about, didn't wanat to mentiion his name until it was official. The DL Player whose Scholarship was taken away, I am sure most of you has his name. Another Player that is not in camp, is Jordan Talley, he is in California, I heard training with someone. Vic

Is Talley out or just not practicing with the team this summer?

loloman,
I picked up a roster a few days ago, there are 25 new Players added. I attended my 1st 7 on 7, yesterday, Brandon Kaufman asked my daughter why we haven't been attending the practices. I made sure I did attended yesterday. Brandon and myself sat and talked for a while, he stated he feels like he did when he first arived at EWU.

We have our WR, and it is going to be very hard to unseat any of the ones right now. I must say one Freshman WR, really caught my eyes, he didn't miss a ball thrown to him. Remember this young man. Cooper Kupp,. He is very steady.

Our QBs were z
slinging the Football, very much impressed with Kyle Pardon.. Spoke with Bowe Merin, QB fm California, he thinks he might RS. He loves what he have seen here. Todd got some muscles on him from the lifting of the weights. Hope you have recovered from the Lobster Feed  . Take care. Vic Wallace

Vic;
You're up early, must be anxious for some football, :thumb: Me too.
Thanks for the updates I always appreciate your reports. Since we have a deep stable of upper class WR is moving Hill to that position building on the future?

Vic,

thanks for the updates. I know that Todd and the rest of the guys have been working hard on the weights, and it is showing. We are hopefully going to make it over once 2 a days get going and try to see a couple practices. Getting ansy for the season. I also was told that Cooper has got some serious speed, moves, and hands.

Keep up the great updates. Many of us live vicariously through your feeds.

+1

Hill, from what I've seen on video, is a playmaker with the ball in his hands. He reminds me of a smaller Taiwan. The roster still lists him as a DB, but I sure hope you're right and that he's back at WR/slotback. Toss sweep, bubble screen, and reverse that kid all day, and twice on Saturdays.

Also, is anyone else excited about the prospects of having two kids in the secondary that are 6-3/6-4!? I hope Wiggins stays at CB and becomes a Brandon Browner type guy for us.

clawman,
Reference my being up early, I sleep in kind of late, then at nights, having problems sleeping. Retired Life is a "you know what", there are ladies present

We have an updated roster dated July 10th, 12, it has Hill as a WR. I could be a little wrong. Did check with Idaho about the game ticket, not on sale as yet. How about if I bring you a check, and when you order get Chris and myself ticket?. Don't forget, we will be hitching a ride with you and your wife. Let me know. We must get together so we can discuss pick up point. Vic

Hello Vic,
I was mistaken when I said I had bought tickets or the Idaho game. Guess I was thinking of the bus trip to Pullman. It is hard to keep the future victories apart
I'll get a ticket for you and Chris when I buy mine. I have been planning on you riding with us. FYI, there have been many lucrative offers but I have been holding the seats for you and Chris :thumb: .
Do you want to go early enough to catch a little tailgating?
I'll see you at a practice and we can work out the details.
Have you seen any transfers from a major college team, maybe at corner or safety??
