Looking at those pictures...
...the Weber State defender isn't "entitled" to have that forward foot out that far.
HOWEVER...
...Huff, during most of the game, runs over that foot and gets the call, even in some situations where you could say he might "take the foot" to get the foul (not quite diving, but having watched plenty of soccer, I know that happens here and there). In all honesty, that's a call the referees make most of the game, then swallow the whistle on at the end. It's not worth complaining about.
