Most people I know are watching the game at home. Others are headed to McCools. I was thinking about going to the D.E.C but they don't server beer or real food. Also, appetizers are half off on Tuesdays at McCools so I think that is where I'll be watching the game. They got some good eats!

Darn it! It's league night and 5 members of our family (including Dame's mom) bowl. I am sitting here trying to decide---stay home and watch the game and let my team down or go to the lanes with my laptop and try to watch while bowling...the latter does not sound like a lot of fun. What to doooo :wall: ?

go bowling and bring the laptop! just bring head phones. :lol:

im surprised their are 3 options on a tuesday for this game, but it is a historic ending for the conference.

ill try n narrow it down...

1. Dee: pringles & flat soda unless they have it in cans. no food. doors do not open until the game has already started and its last minute notice should raise the odds of less people showing up. on the other had i have never seen this happen at the dee before. the game will be shown on altitude but it WONT be in HD. i would assume the game will be on the video scoreboad, otherwise it will be on the Dee's 1990 projection big screens they bring out for the ncaa tourney selection show when we qualified in past yrs.

2. Alumni Center: only 100 are allowed via rsvp. food issue will also be chips and soda. no real food. i have been to may alumni center games, it is fun. but they always have the game only streaming from big sky tv on a projector so VERY poor picture quality. this also means their is a chance the game might not be working and might not have audio. big sky tv is not reliable nor can it guarantee 5 9's aka 99.999% uptime.

3. MacCools: real food, real drink options (non flat soda, beer, whatever...), but i havent been there so i dont know the atmosphere or how much space/tv's they have. i have been to the one in layton. hopefully ogden setup is better. The game will be shown in HD on LCD or Plasma. Seating should be limited.

I was just going to ask if we can get Altitude in the Bay Area. I ran across a Montana game on one of our channels earlier in the season and it was an Altitude broadcast but I can't remember the channel since I was just surfing and not paying attention. I had Comcast then and just changed to AT&T Uverse. I would never be able to find it now, so I guess it's B2tv for me. I looked up the lineup on Altitude and it says All regions so it just may be a channel here that carries it. At any rate, there's always B2tv. Dame's mom and I decided that we are not going to bowl tonight, our dad is on the fence...

sounds like u've got it made! i sure miss directv! real HD! i have comcast which sells HD but its more like LD compared to directv.
