IMO our AD has done an outstanding job of elevation the athletic program at Eastern.

Let's not get too up itty (if that is even a word) we went through something similar right before Chaves came to town with a new AD that lasted all of seven months. "Eastern Washington University terminated the contract of athletic director Darren Hamilton late Thursday afternoon after less than seven months on the job."
Yes it is not a one week and done, but might as well have been. Yes I do know that it has been almost 10 years since this happened, but it sure was for the better.

Eastern probably would have been better off if Hamilton's tenure WAS only one week.
