Weber 16 seed

Not a lot of respect for the Big Sky once again as Weber State gets a 16 seed. Time to put this year's record for the Bears in perspective- a reasonable performance in a mediocre or worse conference....

That's tough, at least they are not in the play-in game.

Would love to see them pull off a miracle.

Sometimes these high level teams have some problems With the lower level pace. It is highly unlikely, but I wouldn't go into this game as a coach or a player with any doubts... They got nothing to lose, I would be playing like I was out of my mind, why not, your expected to lose anyway, I would be physical as hell and just try to leave it all on the floor... You never know...

Honestly, was there any reason to expect a higher seed than that for a team that finished 19-11 coming out of a weak mid major conference?

Yeah I didn't realize their record was so bad. Sports Illustrated had a breakdown on each tourny team and listed their good wins and bad losses and for bad losses for Weber they said "any loss in conference" ouch. That's respect baby!

I'm reading that Braxton from Highlands Ranch is not feeling comfortable at weber. The coach who recruited him just left for an Asst job at OKC.

Lots of noise on the Weber forum...... I'd like to see him in Greely. This might be worth watching! They're talking about a possible red shirt.

Dream on! Don't know what you're reading, but according to his tweets Zach is very excited for his first year at Weber.

That would be great, but we didn't even offer him before he chose Weber. Usually if players chose to leave, they'll go to a team that previously recruited him.
