Weber State coming to town

My Wildcats are in town and getting ready for the Bears.

We didn't do so well against MSU last week. We may well have some bruised egos.

I don't think WSU can take anybody lightly this year. You will see a team with a good defense and a sporadic offense. Our QB has been struggling to find his targets and our running game has been up and down. Bright spots on our team are the return specialists and our special teams in general. If you have a good kicker, he should try to put it out of the end zone every time. Punter should always kick it out of bounds. Kicking it to our guys could be a big mistake.

From what I saw of your game with ISU, you have some quick and talented running backs. We've had a few injuries along the D line, but we have some good line backers. If you can get the LBs blocked, your runners could have a big day. Our secondary is good, but maybe not quite as good as last year's. Still, if you pass too much, you will get intercepted.

I hope it's a nice day and everyone gets home safely. Have fun everybody!

Weber State - the one Big Sky program I am actually fond of. Just turned it on and am stunned at the score. Hope the Bears can hang on.

Just embarrassing.
I don't see anything to be embarrassed about. It is clear that coach Lamb has the general direction of your program headed in the right direction. This same game last year would have been a complete blowout. Give Ed a year or two to recruit and watch out. Your team is competitive now and will only get better. Much better than the past several years, even though the wins are yet to come.
