WEBER STATE FOOTBALL 1984

Jay HIll's progress this year looks like the famous 3 year turnaround strategy that one of the best football coaches of all time Richard Albert "Dick" Vermeil (/vərˈmiːl/; born October 30, 1936).

He went from UCLA, to Philly, to St. Louis and KC. In each place the teams were losers their first year, winners the second season and Champions by the third season. At UCLA he beat the No. 1 ranked Ohio State Buckeyes in the Rose Bowl, Took Philly to the superbowl against the Raiders, Rams beat the Titans in year three in Stl and in his third year at KC went 14-2 and lost in the playoffs and retired.

Hill wins 2 games year 1, Hill wins 6 and has winning season year 2 and Hill wins ten games and goes to the playoffs in year 3. Let's just hope that Hill doesn't transfer or retire after year three.....
