Good to see Weber State pick up a win. They responded well in OT. Lots of room for improvement...like rebounding, but nice to see them break through. Hopefully, they can build on it.

That was a bit of a shock. I was prepared to not see a conference road win at all this season. Unfortunately I don't think Weber did much different in this game, other than the defense was a little better and better free throw shooting. Rebounding was still awful. ISU was awful with turnovers and free throw shooting. I don't want to be doom and gloom and I want to say this win shows improvement but I didn't see it. I just hope they get some confidence from this W and can keep it rolling with 3 games next week.

Yes, Weber got the win, but the issues that are afflicting this team were evident again last night. Looney, in his post-game, even mentioned it. Virtually, he said that turnovers and misses at the stripe cost his team. My favorite quote was, "how do we not win getting 12 more boards?"
