So many times this year, they play from behind and can never retake a lead...and then give up big runs. It makes me think they have a confidence issue and don’t have a great team concept. Sad way for the seniors to go out. Twenty losses is pretty much guaranteed now. Wonder what the excuses Rahe will depend on today? First season I didn’t make it to one home game. Watched them on internet or TV. I just don’t have the interest to pay to watch the Rahe style of play and apathy.
Scariest thing is the team looks to have less to work with next year.
Glad baseball is around the corner. Hopefully the Cubs can keep it interesting until Wildcat Football starts up.

It's sure seemed that way in terms of not being able to re-take a lead. Do you think this could be the final straw for Randy? Losing in the final home game of the season by double digits to an Idaho State team who had lost 12 games in a row.
Hope the Cubs can do something for you. Some might say it doesn't look promising, but some may give Ross a chance to be a decent skipper.
BigT said:What an embarrassment! First we get completely abused inside by smaller players, forget to box out, and then to cap off a horrible season, the crowd has to starting chanting Morris, because Rahe is completely clueless and can’t understand why it would be a good thing to put him in. He had no intentions of putting him in! Maybe he should be playing him more often, because it isn’t working! Try something different Rahe! Give someone else a shot beside your 6 foot nothing, non shooters. Furthermore, his small ball method doesn’t work. Get some length on the wings. We have way two many under 6’3” players without range. Not only does it make it hard to shoot it over the defenders, we can’t stop them on defense and get a rebound. If he had 5 Harding’s, then sure, play small ball.
The worst part of this whole thing is we have nothing for next year! The cupboards are bare! How can you expect to compete when you recruit players, they play one year, you shuffle the deck, then start over. Then the ones you do keep aren’t developed properly and never improve! Very few improve! John has been the same player for 4 years, absolutely no development. Drive and shoot! Tunnel vision. No court vision! No passes! I could go down the list of players and point out the lack of development!
We will be lucky to win 6 games next year!
So, why didn't you just ask him? He is a nice and approachable kid. I'm sure that he would talk to you.BigT said:I have ran into Morris on several occasions and I so badly wanted to ask him what Issues does Randy Rahe have with a player over 6’3” with a large wingspan. In other words, what is Randy’s problem with Morris? I’ve heard he wasn’t as good as others in practice. I’ve heard his defense wasn’t good enough. My response to that! You never know how good a player is until you give him minutes in a real game! Some of the best players in all sports didn’t show well in practice. Steve Young was told he would never be good enough to play QB for BYU, Ty Detmer was 3rd string and didn’t have as good of arm as the other QB’s. Do I need to remind everyone what happened when the bright lights came on and they had to perform in a game, not practice! Well we all know! My point is, how do you know a guy isn’t good enough if you never put them out there when it counts! We have been horrible for the last season and a half! Horrible defense, no rebounding, loss after loss, and yet he never gave a senior, 6’7, long player in the game to see what he could do! It took the crowd with 1 minute left on senior night chanting his name just to sniff the court for 45 seconds. If it isn’t working try something else.
