The Wildcats' game with Oral Roberts Univ in Bracketbusters on Saturday will be televised on Direct TV channel 363 (GEB is the network) at 6:30pm Mountain time. Not sure if this channel is on Dish or cable.

The announcement from Weber State Sports also said it would be shown on Fox College sports, but I don't have info on the channel number.

Go Wildcats!!!

I watched tonight's game with Central Arkansas. ORU wins by a bunch, little defense played by either team, a lot of one on one play.
After seeing this, I think we can come out all right on the road, with the win!

Central Ark is beyond bad. HOW IN THE WORLD IS THE SOUTHLAND (yikes I just went bengalhater on all yo' fools catcats) a better conference than the Sky? I wish in the pre-season the Sky could work out a deal with either the Southland, Big West, or WCC (would be sweet) to do sometype of conference matchup. Could possibly help the conference's RPI. Gotta win more OCC games conference wide. Weber's loss to SJSU isn't helping much. Should have won that one.

Oral isn't a bad team. Offensively they move pretty well, but defensively they look fairly soft. They focus more on the fantastical side of the game than on the basics. The Roberts do have a fairly young and inexperienced team. They have been decimated by injuries this season. Next year, when they visit the Dee, they will be a better team than they are now. I'm thinking, if I'm Sutton, I don't play the guys coming back from injury in this game. Not worth the chance of losing a good player for the remaining conference games and their tournament to win a bracketbuster game. He will need all of his players as healthy as possible to finish out the season. Then again, winning the bracket buster might be enough to get some additional post season attention and consideration.

from their forum it seemed as if they had a home game last year too. They were all complaining about bad attendance at their game in 12. Weber would easily have over 8K if Oral was visiting the Dee on Saturday. In all likelihood there will be 8K at the Dee next fall to watch their return trip. Our OCC is shaping up to look pretty good for next season.

i agree. we had 8,900 for texas arlington. the way our season it going i think we could have got 9,000 for oral bobs. oral gets pretty good attendance; their average might be 4,000. not sure. i think their season high was 7,000 for a game against oklahoma. not sure if it was neutral or not.

How big is the Oral's stadium? Oklahoma visited them? Why are the Utes so high and mighty that they won't visit Weber? If OK can go to Mid-majors then so can the Utes.

For all those in utah that dont have the channel, there will be a watch party at the riverdale Buffalo Wild Wings.

I'll be there!! Nothing better than drinking a huckleberry limeade, with a bunch of Mango Habenaro Wings, and watching my Wildcats kick some Oral butt.
