Weber vs Weber State pet peeve

Does anyone else get annoyed when people in general or news platforms refer to us as "Weber," and not "Weber State." It has always been a major pet peeve of mine. I guess I don't mind it so much in passing, but on radio, news, and other outlets, its annoying.

no i dont care. but it was lame when they started saying we are weber after we are marshall movie hit the theaters. very creative. :lol:

Doesn't bother me. In fact over at egriz they refer to us as weebs sometimes. Doesn't bother me either.
