I have four tickets, but may only use two. Would someone be interested if my buddies back out? Can email the tickets friday (should know by then).

I was about to call the school for guidance on the online ticket ordering system. Specifically, does it require a smart phone to "show" the ticket to a gate guard like happened at the CIF State Track Meet this past June? I don't have a smart phone.

Also, I'm still trying to figure out if the Hornet bench is still the West Side.

Call me this afternoon if there's a way for your tickets (should they still be available) could be left at Will Call. I'll PM you my number. If you end up using them or if it's going to require a smart phone, I'll probably risk waiting to go right up to the ticket booth. We won't sell out early, right?

I'm also planning to check out our Tractor Supply Company here in Lodi for rain gear, on the suggestion of a friend. I'd like to have something that won't create a ruckus in the stands, like an umbrella might....

So said the guy I contacted yesterday. You're also right about the attendance estimate: at the time I called yesterday afternoon (just short of 5 pm), the system was showing 19K tickets still available. The stadium can't seat more than 20K, right? The atmospheric river is going to kill attendance.

Thanks for the suggestion on the poncho, SD. I don't normally like ponchos, but I was denied permission to "borrow" my rain gear from work, so you gotta do what you gotta do. Kohl's is offering a cheap poncho for $10, but other rain gear is through the roof.
