We're done. We look terrible. Sloppy, penalties, no punch. Sad, especially after all the support we garnered last weekend...

trust me...i know EXACTLY what you guys are feeling. he picked us apart last year and i remember sitting in the stands speechless. and that was with Poots, who was a very good receiver. if you blitz, he burns you. if you don't, he has time and burns you.

plenty of time. don't panic just yet.

I hate to be negative nancy, but this game is just about over. The Hornet defense doesn't look remotely interested in stopping the SUU passing game. No pass rush, no coverage in flats.

Can they stop with the blindside corner blitz? Most of SUU's passes are off a quick drop and to one flat or the other. I'd keep doing that if I was SUU. Nobody can tackle anymore. It's an easy 5-8 yards.

I changed my mind .... the game IS over. Hilliard just repeated his fumble from last week. Ridiculous and inexcusable.
 
We all thought a let down in this game was possible, but I'm so disappointed that it's actually happening. No fire or enthusiasm. The team is sleep walking on both sides of the ball. Credit to SUU and their QB, who looking good. But the Hornets should be better than this. It looks like 7 on 7.

I think the defense is just gassed. SUU running a no huddle offense and the defense having to come right back on the field after a turnover. Our players may have spent the week believing the hype, despite what the coaches were telling them. But there is still hope. Only a 2 score game.

The D needs to get use to it. I think WSU runs a no huddle as well as UNC. Montana might even do it as well.
 
Huge possession here. Points are needed badly.
Hornets are moving the ball. A good mix of run and pass. It looks like it stopped raining. A nice Hilliard run is coming back on a hold. 3rd and long. Holding killed that drive. Hornets to punt. That was a huge stop. D needs to come up with a stop or turnover here.
