If UNC can get this 3 and out after the quarter break and score, we can begin to close this out. Come on D.
 
From what I saw, the offense was great, the special teams were good and the defense just didn't have it.

A bit scary (for the defense) when we get to conference play.

Well the offense should look great against a middle of the pack D2 defense. What's it going to look like against a decent FCS team? The defense was absolutely horrible. If it wasn't for a couple of bad snaps on FG attempts that would have ended up a 2 point game.

And once again, Collins and Boyer show their incredible football intelligence. Have the ball at the end of the first half with two time outs and they don't use either one?

I will just throw down my Houston Baptist prediction now. Houston Baptist wins by 14.
 
Geessh, I thought the defense was going to be the strength of the team. They looked horrible (that's being nice). We need to play much better going to Houston.
 
Only win UNC gets all year. Collins will be gone before the eastern Washington game. Riek and the run game is the whole offense, defense looked terrible. Special teams wasn't bad but they also weren't tested
 
Kind of glad I missed this one but I'm disapointed in the score and reading here this might be the only win... I don't see them going down there and beating Houston Baptist and Abilene Christian might be tough also... As far as conference games go they were picked 13th out of 13 after all.
 
The Big Sky might be the best in the FCS. Two of the programs that were picked to finish in the middle of the pack just beat FBS team (ND and Portland State). That and Montana beating NDSU last week. If we can't fix the defense, it will be a lllllooooongggg season
 
And let's not ignore Southern Utah took Utah State to the wire and Northern Arizona beat 24th ranked Stephen F Austin today. Bears will be lucky to get one conference win.
