Westminster

I took another look at Westminster's roster. They are not as small as I thought they were. They go 7', 6'9'', 6'8'', 6'8'', 6'7'', 6'7'', 6'6'' for their front court players. Guards are 6'0'', to 6'5''. Size wise, they compare favorably with us. A couple of their big men are JC transfers and several of them have been really good rebounders on their past teams. Rebounding translates at nearly all levels.

This looks like another good test for our young team.

There weren't a lot of people at the Colorado Christian game. Too bad for those that stayed home. This team is fun to watch and will get better each time they hit the floor. You won't find a better price than free. Bring the whole family next Saturday at 4pm.

Much bigger crowd and a hard fought game by both teams. That Westminster team really husled and fought hard for every rebound and loose ball. They shot really well in the first half, but cooled off after the half. Weber started hitting shots in the second half and coasted to a good win. Almost everybody played and scored. We got our first look at Gavin Lowe and he did not disappoint. That kid is a gamer. Grayson was on the bench, not dressed. We saw three different PGs. I feel that we are deep at the guard positions. Everybody seemed to have their moments. We played a bit better than last week and we had to in this game. There are a couple of guys on that Westminster team that could play for Weber or any other BSC team. They are big and talented. Their coach has them playing at a high level for a D11 team. I suspect that they could beat a few BSC teams.
