Some douche bag wrote this about Damian Lillard.

"I'll take this guys numbers with a grain of salt. Buddy, you're a two star recruit and you play on Weber State. You suck. You've just had a good first portion of the season. Your numbers will drop. You don't play against anybody good anyways. So there's no proof that you are the best."

Some comment on an article. Unbelievable... The dude was probably someone from the Provo.

Would love to see MikeSyr, who posted the comment, move his fat a** up and down the court against Damian. I am so tired of people that just want to tear a person ( regardless of what activity) down because they are jealous of a little success or publicity.

 It's called a bit bottle of Haterade! Boy do I wish the team could have been shooting better last night because it would have made byu play honest defense on everyone, not just collapse on Damian.

Seriously? That comment about dame is pathetic. your are putting down someone cuz he is from a smaller school? This is exactly why a win last night would have been huge! shut up all the dusche bags

I hate that people do that. I doesn't matter that it's a smaller school. There's plenty of examples that prove otherwise. First one I think of on top of my head is Steve Nash. Yeah, going to a small school sure hurt him.

We all know Lillard can play, that's a given, but what has happened to Fulton? The guy is not taking good shots, and he doesnt seem to be hustling.

I am not impressed with Fulton this year, who was Freshman of the year last year.

Yikes!! What idiots!! Dame is a Hell of a player. He plays hard and does his best. Arm chair quaterbacks!! They can think all they want, but it takes a lot of effort, time, energy, and determination to be a successful DI athlete.

As for Fulton...He is getting good shots. He had three wide open shots against SJSU and a couple last night that were right there. With more time, he will HAVE to start hitting his shots, but they will come. Give him time. Most Fresh of the Year have a slight dip at the start of their Soph seasons. My only concern with him is that he needs to learn how to pass when the shot isn't there. That can open our offense up sooo much more.

Weber State often gets ridiculed by larger schools, particularly in Utah, but a lot of times the haters aren't even students of these larger schools. It makes me wonder if the schools they're cheering for would even accept the fans of these schools. Based on some of their logic, probably not. I'm not attending Weber State currently, but am attending another smaller school and have an exceptional grade point average. If I really wanted to go to one of these larger schools, it really wouldn't be that difficult. It's not like BYU, Utah, or Utah State are Harvard or anything.

Edit: If someone wants to fill me in why B...Y...U is edited to BYU-Utah, I'd appreciate the back story. I'm new here.

BYU-Idaho, BYU-Hawaii, so why not BYU-Utah

When I was an elementary school student in the Salt Lake area and wore Weber State clothing to school, my classmates, BYU and Utah fans alike, were pretty vicious about it. I'm not talking friendly taunts here. I guess grouping them together is fair enough even though they hate one another. Having said that, I'd be much more likely to transfer to the U of U than to BYU.
