Where else does Montana lose?

Although after thinking for a while, I'm pretty sure I'm correct. After the Montana game we had both played 10 of 20 conference games, making it half way through. That would mean the circuit needed to be gone through again. As a matter of fact, you play them again March 7th and 9th. I simply mentioned home court from the Griz perspective, but as I said, I was talking about both teams. So...I was just saying for when you guys play them again that Eastern would be the one that I wouldn't write off. :)

you saw the part of the sentence that said ROAD TRIP, right? Definately not worried about EWU or PSU @ home. They both suck. If WSU lost to either one at home, it would be time to join the Big Sky ladyball conference.

Chill out dude, I addresses that. I said that its a trip for Montana, who I was ALSO talking about. As far as eastern they still manage to win games they shouldn't. I wouldn't just write them off. But by all means, it should e a victory for both of us.

Eastern has a little ways to go, but by having a legitimate post presence already is a great place to start. You'd think with Chiverton, Forbes, Winford (three SR guards) and Parker Kelly/Seigfert (returning players), that Eastern would be a bit more of force than what they are. Chiverton's tragic issues and losing Crosgile doesn't help the Eagles, but they have the talent and once they put things together they could really cause some problems.

Lennay you are absolutely right...a talented big could really hurt both teams. I love Tres, but his defense leaves much to be desired. And Hutch for the Grizz hasn't ever really done much. Martin should be good, but right now, he isn't.

There is still a lot of basketball left to play and playing on the road is never fun.

Second Half for the Cats: 6 at home and 4 on the road, with two happening this week. However, Weber gets to play three home games in one week (ISU, UM, and MSU. SUU, Eastern, and PSU are the other home games. Road games to UND, UNCO, NAU, and Sac).

Second Half for the Grizz: 6 on the road and 4 at home (Do the Grizz have their Bracketbuster at home? Very cool if so. Might have a really good opponent visiting Missula).

i care about this 24 game win streak set by weber in 1971 because its a big streak, those teams of ours also finished ranked in the AP top 25. im glad to see griz doing so well but i dont want them to break the record! :bad:  :thumb:

so screw talhad and utahpirate! :yikes: j/k

as for griz losing....wow is all i can say, beating us and seeing this yr's sky they can keep the streak going.

i cant wait for griz in ogden.

No, on their forum they are hoping for a USU matchup in the Spectrum so they get the aggies back next year.

Weber could end up having to play USU again, at the Spectrum, for the Bracket Buster. I have a feeling Weber wins if that happens. They will be down three starters from the first time the two teams played. I'd love to get a piece of USU again. Won't happen, but...

YES OF COURSE (wow, I'm being a total wank like bengalhater) I WANT THE GRIZZ TO LOSE!! I HATE KNOWING THAT THEY ARE TAKING ALL OF OUR RECORDS. Even though when Weber originally set them, it was a much tougher Sky, but...

I try to love Hutch, but I just can't do it. He has size and potential, but still just looks lost. And feeding him the ball in the post is like a black hole. It never comes back. He either turns it over or shoots. He seems incapable to pass it out. He has occasional sparks of good D with some nice blocks, but overall leaves much to be desired. One player out of the Sky that I would hate to have to face again on the road is that JC transfer forward from UNC. He fairly well single handedly kept the game far too close in Greeley. He can flat out jump out of the building. And somehow he seems to always get the timing perfect to get a lot of rebounds. Hopefully getting him on the road with some fans that want to see him fail for the night (myself :) ) in his ear he will cool off.
