1. PSU. They are getting a revamped stadium to play in and I think Portland taxpayers picked up the tab. THis is huge for them.

2. Sac State. Just look at a photo, the field is beautiful.
3. WSU. The new lights are awesome, but I don't know how noticeable they will be compared to new turf
