after a total goof from Smith at MSU and White not to far behind, who starts?

Whoever it is, the offense must play much better than they did in Bozeman.

The one thing you can seem to hang your hat on is the defense. So far the defense has held 3 opponents to their lowest scoring output for the season (UNM, UNC, and MSU), a 4th in Montana if you take away their game against Iowa, and only 10 points to Weber. I have a hard time believing that ISU will score in bunches against this PSU defense.

Come on offense - I'm predicting 24 points for PSU = VICTORY!!!

If he can't perform against ISU, then he's done as the starter.

I have a feeling that Smith will play well against ISU. I have a couple of buddies going to the game this week with me. I hope we have a good crowd.
