Who Should Replace Sears

Instead of trying to change a user name you have to create a new account with a different email address. Most of the people who post here have 2,3, 4 and some have even more profiles. I just love it when people argue with themselves on here :rofl: :rofl:
 
I do not think Weber could bring in a veteran staff that is not going to take time to adjust and recruit "their" players. More likely you will get someone like Coach Sears who is learning how to be a head coach.

So, for those of you with lots of FCS knowledge (or good memories), who are some past coaches that have come into a down program and turned things around quickly, or at least shown immediate improvement? For Weber, wouldn't Mac fall into that category? Don't try and read anything into this simple question, I'm not starting a "Bring Mac Back," cry, I wouldn't even want that. Just curious about any examples anyone can point out.
 
I would agree that Mac would fall into that category, but the situation is totally different. There were some good athletes already here that Mac used and he is a master recruiter. Not many people can get the recruits that Mac could. JLS dismissed a ton of talent that Mac had brought here, and it will take time to replace it.
